NIL Exposure Sports is a platform to allow athletes to receive endorsements from Vendors. These terms and conditions, govern each athlete’s access to and use of the NIL Exposure Sports website.

These terms of use set forth your rights and responsibilities when you use NIL Exposure Sports to post your personal information, allow vendors to review your information and accept sponsorship / endorsement from vendors.

NIL Exposure Sports facilitates transactions between student athletes and vendors. NIL Exposure Sports is NOT party to any agreement between an athlete and vendor. In completing the registration process and using our site, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by and abide by all terms of use. By agreeing to these terms, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental / guardian approval.

Users are responsible for all matters relating to their account. NIL Exposure Sports may terminate any users access at any time, without notice, for violations of any terms of use. NIL Exposure Sports is not responsible for privacy practices or content of other websites.

NIL Exposure Sports will share information with vendors internationally. By using NIL Exposure Sports website, you agree to allow the transfer of your information to vendors across the United States and Abroad.

Electronic communications may be accessed by unauthorized parties / hackers when data is exchanged over the internet. We can not guarantee that your information will not be misused by third parties. NIL Exposure Sports will not be liable for any misuse of your data. All parties will be notified in the event of any such breach.
